Hello all,

i opened a new account on VulkanVegas on 23/02/2013.
I deposited 50€ and did not choose any bonus.

Then I was able to play my way up to 850€.
When I then made a withdrawal request, documents were requested for Verification as usual.
I complied with this. Then suddenly wanted a different document every day.
When I then uploaded various documents four days in a row, my account was suddenly blocked.
When I asked the support, they told me that there would be another account in my name and the account was blocked.
However, I can assure that I never opened an account there.
