# Other Casinos #: Verification and stalling tactics

Hello first,

i have been playing in Online Casinos for a long time and have not had any major difficulties when it comes to Verification and withdrawal

But this time I really have the feeling that the casino just does not want to pay out or verify me.

I have uploaded 4 different invoices in good quality where everything is clearly visible and none of them were accepted, the best thing is that one of my invoices was verified in between, I got a mail that now my invoice (address) is verified and the document was confirmed.

A day later when I want to pay out I had to upload again an invoice, now it seems to me slowly that it is impossible to verify my address, no matter what invoice and no matter what quality, the invoices that I upload meet the requirements.

When I contact customer support they give short, factual answers that don't help me.

For 5 days I want to pay out and it does not work, it's about 2000€ and I'm unfortunately more than on it at the moment.

This stalling tactic looks like pure chicanery to me, the money is always booked back to my player account, probably in the hope that I gamble it away again, but this tactic does not work for me, because if I am not sure whether the casino will ever pay me anything, I have no more fun playing, because the hope of a win is therefore equal to 0, and why should I still play? It's no fun if you can't pay out when you win.

I am really at a loss at the moment and would be happy if someone could give me tips or help in this regard.

yes that may be that you hope to gamble it all away again. vllt you should threaten a little bit sometimes it helps;-)

but to avoid all this you should always verify immediately after registration in the casino and strangely enough, the verifications are usually done after a few hours

The Verification before that is true.

I have always written very politely and patiently with the support, I do not know if it is the right solution to freak out, vl then invent some reason to me simply nothing to pay out, I prefer arcades, you win and have the money immediately cash in hand.

Well, I continue to play the game, my money is now on the player account and I leave it up until I am verified, never have I waited so hot for a new bill in my mailbox, what an irony.

I will continue to upload documents today and wait to see what happens next.

Maybe you should write about which casino it is.

Have you scanned the invoices (not older than 3 months)?

Some casinos require photos and do not accept scans.

I have both photographed and scanned, and the invoices are a few weeks old at most
If they do not accept scans, then I do not know how to do it best, because the scan was perfect, everything was clearly visible, which was rejected, the photo was just not so perfect, but still everything visible, I have now tried to get an e-bill from the heating company, unfortunately, the logo is missing, so I can not send that on, I really have to think of something, I still have exactly 50 € to live and who knows if and when the money comes.

what kind of casino was it?

As Upola already wrote it would be good if you mention the name of the casino. Then you could already make more accurate statements.

There are no blanket statements with online casinos. They differ greatly in terms of the payout and Verification process.

Maybe it also helps if you set a loss limit. Not because you might get weak, but so that they see you won't gamble it away
What are the reasons why the invoices are not accepted?

Normally you are told if it is because of the type of invoice, or the quality etc....

I always have a folder on the desktop with the following files:

ID card - front and back individually and once both sides on a picture (because you can upload only one file for the respective Verification at some casinos)
Selfie with ID card in hand = some casinos want it that way, no idea why!
Bank statement always for the month current = Address and account data verification in one!
Screenshots from my E-Wallets

If you don't have a scanner at home I can recommend the app "Tiny Scanner" to scan documents into your cell phone.

You should encrypt the folder with the documents on your desktop

Good luck
