Hello everyone,
I have registered on 12.04.2021 in the Casino Buck and played there, and won 2.500,-€.
After I uploaded all my documents (perso, invoice, screenshort from my online banking) the certification worked and was approved.
Since 04/13/2021 I have been trying to withdraw my money, the support staff are super nice and polite, but that does me no good if I can't get my money.

Well, on 24.04.2021 I have requested a withdrawal via Trustly and this was accepted to me by the casino,today we have the 29.04.2021 and on my bank account is still no money to see, although Trustly 1-3 working days needs is with me nothing on it.
Can someone please help me or give me a Tip on how to get my money?
