Hello together,

I hope someone of you knows about the legal situation.

I have used the Welcome bonus in this casino and won 1000€ (completely converted). When I then requested the withdrawal, today came a mail I had violated point 6 Bet limit on bonus which is simply not true. My maximum bet on which I have turned was 4€.

The chat then referred me to it I should look in my history. The end of the story is that I have gambled on who wants to be a millionaire mysteri box 2 times an amount at Risk but no spinner on a higher bet made

I have played and gambled at several casinos and never counted as a violation, the unbelievable thing is I even squirreled away 10€ or so and that's why they won't pay out. I am in despair... has anyone ever had such a case. The from the chat has given me a special email where I should report with my complaint... if nothing comes out here is it worth it that one turns to thepogg ??

no is not worth it. The Risk feature is like a spin on bet x. There are some casinos that will act like this. Next time ask the support before whether this is allowed. See it as a lesson

Thanks for the answer, I will try it anyway... have the Risk function certainly at 10 casinos in the bonus already played and never had any problems.

Can I request the transfer of my 80€ ? Without that I have to play again ?

your Deposit, of course, they have to give again. Then you have had but neat luck. This is not allowed in at least 75% of casinos

It says right on page 1: "The maximum bet allowed during the Welcome bonus is €5. If you bet higher while the welcome bonus is in play, we reserve the right to confiscate all wins"

Snort your nose and move on.

I would also say that the exclusion of the Risk function (either it does not count towards the wager progress or is considered a violation ggn bonus conditions if > x euros) is more or less standard. It is a bet/bet and thus falls under the Maxbet rule

So if the ladder and card risks also count, I can say that I at least 10 casinos among others the well-known big ones it never had problems with the payouts

That it does not count in some casinos to the conversion was aware of me.

I find this scam in any case bottomless, nothing else like fraudulent misrepresentation, because why is the maximum bet in the gambling house 2 or 4 € but if you win 20 € you can also squirrel away

Can you at least make your complaint public at casino testers to warn other players?

this is not a scam and certainly not fraudulent deception...
these are the bonus rules and that's it

that it is not noticed at the other casinos was probably purely
luck. and why a not justified complaint publicly
make ?

Because it might not happen to other players then ?

And sorry but for me this is very much a scam, see the example with the spielothek.

In addition, it would not be a scam then you could also lock as long as you play with the bonus, for example, higher stakes and Risk, but well if you think it's fair the way they operate then that's just your opinion 😄

what is fair at online casinos...
the necessity to read the terms & conditions at a casino
before you Deposit Bonuses there and play that
you can do publicly...because few do.
and then happens something like with you!
