# Other Casinos #: Sugarcasino does not pay out

Since no more threads can be created regarding complaints I'll do it here. Please be considerate and move the thread if it is wrong here.

I deposited money at Sugarcasino and won well on 1-2-3€. Also have screenshots and videos.

I ended up spinning on 10€ and won 4000€. In total I came to 6000€ payout.
Now I was denied the payout and refunded my Deposit i.H.v 175€.
I allegedly violated the T&C because I bet more than 4€
I am of the opinion that this happened after I could have already paid out 1800€.

Any tips on how I should proceed now?

Kind regards

Sounds like a common bonus trap to me. Since all OCs seem to do this, I don't use bonuses.
Check if there wasn't some rule hidden somewhere in the Bonus terms and conditions that you (probably unknowingly) violated. If yes: say goodbye to your win.
If no: complain.

How does the bonus conversion work in this Casio? Does it happen automatically? Do you have to trigger it manually? Does the support do that? Can you prove during the game that your bonus was fully converted to real money when you went to 10 euros per spin? If yes, then present this to the casino

Dear xxx

Unfortunately we have to inform you that your withdrawal request has been declined.

There has been a breach of our T&C in either playing with a bonus, or playing with funds gained from a bonus.

While using a bonus, or playing with funds which have been gained from a bonus, you are playing in accordance with the T&C for a fair play.

Following T&C have been breached

Maximum bet is 4€ during an active Bonus on a players account. In case that this is breached the bonus and any potential winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited.

For future reference, in playing with Bonuses make sure to follow the T&C.
Please read the following link for full information on how to play with bonuses: https://www.sugarcasino.com/bonus-terms

Best regards,

Sugarcasino,

Normally I know that I automatically can't shoot higher than the bonus conditions anyway.
I know that I could have cashed out at 1.6k approx. That's why I assumed that I'm playing normally now. Therefore also the few spins on 10€.
