So I had a promotion email from last week with 150% depo bonus.

Used this and until a few minutes ago my balance was at 680€~ with 180€ wager left.

Was logged out and have received a notification that some will be changed. (Because of German laws)

Logged back in, the page now looks different and my balance is at 0

Has anyone had the same experience? Is my balance gone now?

Ok an update.

As described above 680€ bonus with about 180€ wager. (Deposit + 150% Deposit bonus).

Apparently I will not receive anything. I do not know what to do. Could have really used the money.

You should never play on Slot-V again a real scummy juice store

So they just steal money and fob you off with bad luck?

Or what does the support say about it?

Yup, had deposited with depo bonus, was at approx 85% wager with approx 500€ guaranteed real money win at the time.

"We have bad news for you" .

That was it.

I would do something. I would threaten to report directly to the German complaints office and also to the other licensor.

This is by definition theft and fraud.

So if that's the only ingredient in this message, I wouldn't be so reticent if I were you!

Hello ...
We apologize for the inconvenience, due to the changes enforced by the regulatory authority, no Bonuses are currently available.
So also due to technical updates on the website all bonuses are cancelled.

Changes are related to the German license conditions and must be followed.

And what about your Deposit? You have finally deposited real money.

And yet. Of course you can do something. Just because they say so doesn't mean it is so. If they ask for a German license then tell them that you will report this to the German regulatory authority that they are simply stealing money. Let's see if they still can't do anything. Don't let them get rid of you so quickly. What they pull is absolutely unfair and completely brazen

What has you as a customer there please any conversions to interest from which you did not even know what. They could also have notified you that you still have xy time to convert the bonus

Why do they even offer a bonus if they know that they will delete it the very next day. This is actually already in the direction of fraud.

1. Of course, they knew that they would make the switch and therefore should not have made such a bonus offer.

2.They should have informed you.

3. Do they still have to pay you your money back. (At least your deposit)
