# Other Casinos #: Slottica.com suspends account without reason and does not pay out credits

Hello,

i had deposited at slottica.com 500€ (without bonus conditions), the deposited amount I have converted at least once and stood at the end at about 560€ or 570€
When I wanted to withdraw my balance I found out that my account was blocked. I could not unlock it myself. After contacting support several times, I kept getting different statements. In the end, they said that the Provider (Sofort GmbH) through which the Deposit was made had requested a refund of the 500€ originally deposited and that these had been transferred back. After contacting my house bank and Sofort GmbH, I found that neither of them had requested a refund. After contacting Slottica.com again, they apologized several times for the confusion and would immediately arrange a refund. This is now almost 2 weeks ago and nothing happens. Every following contact to the support is only dismissed with a "please have some patience".
I still can't log in to my account and I'm afraid I won't get my win or at least my deposit amount.

For me, the story does not make sense. If you Deposit 500 EUR, you do not intend to pay out at 560/570 EUR.

The casino suspects money laundering here for sure. Because someone pays in such a high sum and then pays out just above it again, there can be such thoughts on the part of the casino. That is also everything so strict with the laws become exactly for the reason

I don't think the casino suspects anything here .
Seems to be just a scam casino if you look at the many unresolved complaints from Casino Guru from Slottica and the other casinos in the group.
Best to file a complaint with Casino Guru and hope they pay.

Were you able to contact support? Money laundering is only suspected with much higher amounts
