Hello,

i have been playing at RushCasino where I have deposited and withdrawn already this month (Am already verified).

On 23.02 at 1-2 o'clock at night I had deposited 1000€ and made 5500€ out of it. My withdrawal is since then "In process".

According to the terms and conditions, the payout takes "a maximum of 72h" - when contacting support, I was told that the "finance department" has a lot in the queue and it is because of that. Supposedly my documents fit - I'm still being stalled here with the payout for almost a week now...

Would you possibly have contacts to this MGA Casino? I unfortunately do not get on with the live chat...
