Hello, dear GJ team,

i wrote an EMAIL to Rabona on 01.01.2025 with the request for self-exclusion/account blocking forever due to gambling addiction.
Then I wrote another EMAIL on 05.03 until today including 18.03 I have not received any feedback, nor has the account been blocked
I deposited €1823 during this period and would now like a refund.
There is no response to my MAIL and requests in the chat.

Screenshots of emails available.
What can I do here? Please help me.

If an email to the Caribbean at the beginning of the year represented full Insurance against possible losses, we would all send them out on January 1st.

I can well understand that you were hoping for something else. But if I were you, I would urgently not assume that you have a remotely real chance of getting a refund in the case you have described. From your point of view, Rabona is not an official gambling company and you have no rights to assert in the true sense of the word. I'm certainly not revealing anything new here. I may also have been a little confused by the "So, the money's gone, now I'd like it back". In this context, I would also like to ask for your indulgence that my initial answer may have been a little too short and therefore flippant

i do believe that you have a chance.

Since I explicitly wrote on 01.01 and 05.03 by email "please close my account forever, as I am addicted to gambling and blocked at OASIS and LUGAS"
It's possible that nothing will come of it, but I don't think Rabona will get out of it that easily either.
Let's see

You're very wrong. Rabona has a Curacao license and the rules there are very relaxed.

You're free to try, but it's a waste of time. You can see that they didn't react at all before - what do you think will be different now? Do you think the licensor is in a different mood?

Losses are unpleasant, but that's the Risk you take when you gamble. It's really better if you accept your losses and move on rather than getting your hopes up.

Edit: the most you will achieve is to close your account, but you will certainly not get a refund.

I'll just give it a try and see what happens.

Thanks for your assessment

Deposited with Revolut?

Rabona is illegal, you are not allowed to play there. Besides, what's the point of blocking casinos like Rabona? If you're addicted, just register somewhere else and gamble away your money.

Ah I thought you rascal had gambled everything away and then pressed block. Good luck getting your "losses" back😂 I think Rabona will do the same as you. Karma is just there from time to time

Can you please explain what you mean for everyone?

He knows what I mean. It's about something between the two of us and since he blocked me I had to mention it here under his post. I'm just saying don't let him recruit you for any account or anything. He doesn't keep his word

I have often heard from this group that there is no player protection. You will certainly never see your money again. Why do you play in illegal casinos at all? Since you are registered here, I can't imagine that you didn't know where you were allowed to play and where not. What else do you expect from the operators of a forum? Not even a lawyer will be able to help you with this matter

I can answer that, although I'm not the TE.

He's banned from the OASIS, which is why he can't play in the legal booths. He mentioned it in the 2nd post.

That's why he only has this option. Since he is on illegal territory, he will have a very difficult time.

I mean, regardless of what happened between him and Rainmann: I can understand that a loss (especially of this magnitude) is very difficult to accept. I think every player can understand that. So it's understandable that he has this (albeit small) hope.

In any case, GJ can't help with casinos with a Curacao license, but I believe that even if it were one with an MGA license, nothing could be done here. The money has been credited and it has been played with.
