Hello first,

Yesterday I created an account at Partypoker and this morning I deposited 10€ via Paysafe.
Immediately after my account was first paralyzed with the reason there is a security problem and I should contact support.
The support told me I should please verify my account copies of my ID. Well, I thought, I should want to pay out sometime, I have to do it anyway, so I didn't take long and sent an email.
17.00 clock I got then ne mail that my account remains locked with the reason I should balance my negative account balance at bwin (30 €) then my account is unlocked.

Inactivity can not be it. Fees for inactivity are only calculated if there is still money on the casino account and you have not logged in for at least 1 year. Problems with bwin
