Hi

I have won in Paradise-casino yesterday morning about 900 € and had to verify what also worked super fast. I then ordered a withdrawal via Trustly, which was first rejected because the Deposit proof was missing. Which was also understandable. After a new withdrawal order was this over 12 hours pending.



After contacting the Live Chat several times, they always said something else and that you should wait although the withdrawal was already checked and only the confirmation was missing. Today again 3 times in the live chat and it is said that it is processed manually after the series and confirmed. Now my problem:



Since the withdrawal was always requested via Trustly, nothing happens in the pending state, unless I can get the money back no matter when.

If the 12 hours or even 1-2 days is outstanding, that does not always mean fraud.
