Hello,

i won 702,29 EUR at onw casino. Several deposits I could make the last time, no objections.
Now - shortly before payout is said I have several accounts. Of which I know nothing.
Telefonnr and mail address of the first account named to me by one are unknown to me.

The 702,29 EUR are now gone and I can change the mail address of the first account to mine... but the money is gone.

I know nothing about multiple accounts and wonder why I should have them - especially with one with the phone verification...

Anyone experience with this?
