# Other Casinos #: one casino / no payout of 702,29 EUR and account blocking

Hello,

i won 702,29 EUR at onw casino. Several deposits I could make the last time, no objections.
Now - shortly before payout is said I have several accounts. Of which I know nothing.
Telefonnr and mail address of the first account named to me by one are unknown to me.

The 702,29 EUR are now gone and I can change the mail address of the first account to mine... but the money is gone.

I know nothing about multiple accounts and wonder why I should have them - especially with one with the phone verification...

Anyone experience with this?

Best regards,

carsten

If they tell you the email address and phone number of another account, they must be very sure.
Otherwise this would be a violation of probably every data protection regulation...

Well, then I'm glad to have given 702 EUR to a distressed casino now

Also good, the win retained because 2 accounts exist but only 1 of them was used actively. Now the accounts are merged, so you continue to play on 1 active account. If then you would have had to consistently close both accounts. So just a dirty way to save 700€. But if you have collected Bonuses twice is of course ne other thing, then the decision would be understandable.

In that case I would file a complaint with MADRE (Maltese Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity). I also have a complaint against Frank Casino, because they accuse me of something similar. I have not won any money, but since it is a baseless accusation, I want to know what they think they have found.

No, really no bonuses collected twice. And can not remember to have ever had another account. Have asked to delete and block all other accounts that suspect to be connected with mine. Answer, "Nope!"

I do not know if they are responsible,,, "one casino" was not there to choose from... have made it anyway. Thanks for the Tip!

As long as the casino has a Maltese license, it still works, I think. Canst there under casino "other" select. Should work. I keep my fingers crossed.

No, really no Bonuses double cashed. And don't recall ever having any other account. Have asked to delete and block all other accounts that suspect to be connected with mine. Answer, "Nope!"

if this is true I would recommend you to create a detailed complaint at CasinoGuru, in addition ne rating at Trustpilot, there they are also active. Also continue to stay in contact with the casino best by email and not write about the live chat. You could also ask if they would pay you out of goodwill a portion of the win (was offered to me so far in 2 white hat casinos at Max Bet. injury). And if you the e-mail and telefonnr. of the 2nd account really does not seem familiar, then point out that you have a dynamic IP address, perhaps that's the problem
