Hello, I have a problem with the casino Nucleonbet.
I registered there two days ago and after making a few deposits, I have accumulated to 1000 €. After that I submitted my documents for Verification as required and waited for feedback here.
Now it is, however, so far after three days I have not received any feedback on the documents and now when I wanted to log in to my account yesterday, I was shown an error.
When I then tried to reset my password I got the message 'Player not found'.
I have already left an email and a message for the live chat.
