I was *given* 10 free spins by the above company in early/mid April. No Deposit was necessary for this.
The bonus was fully converted and I wanted to withdraw my 200€ win at the end. However, since my bank account has changed, I have directly specified my new.
The withdrawal was promptly canceled, with the reason "The withdrawal account must match the deposit account". But since it was a bonus of 10 free spins WITHOUT a necessary deposit, this is complete nonsense. I then sent the casino photos of my new EC card and explained to them that my old bank account no longer exists.
Thereupon you wanted a proof. You got it in the form of an e-mail from my old bank, which confirms that the account no longer exists since the end of February. Now this proof is also not sufficient and was *rejected* and I would need a proper letter from the bank.
In the meantime, they have also received an account statement from my new bank.
I did not understand the whole theater, it is only 200€. In all the months before, there were never problems with withdrawals or the like.

Could you not even try to ask if you deposit 10€ with your new account? Had the same problem several times and by ne new deposit, you can usually then pay out to the new account, but of course you would have to convert the 10 € again.
