Does anyone have current experience with Slotilda?

Unfortunately I can no longer cancel the withdrawal since it is booked from the casino through, the support writes me in chat always only that they clarify it currently and then get back to me with news by email.
The error is apparently with the partner bank since they have processed the transaction incorrectly....pretty stupid I think my 750€ Deposit and 1200€ win are gone so I have currently closed with it.
