Casino guru has accepted my complaint - they have been trying to reach the casino for over 2 weeks now, but they haven't gotten back to me. I am now supposed to send my complaint to the curacao licensing authority. Well...whether anything will come of it is another question.
In any case, I don't recommend playing there under any circumstances
