Hello, I ordered a withdrawal from ICE CASINO on 30.10.23 which is supposedly still being processed today. I had already withdrawn a large sum 2 days earlier, which was paid out within a few hours and was in my account.
I've never actually had any problems with a withdrawal with them, withdrawals were always processed and paid out within a few hours,

Now that I want to have 2 larger amounts paid out within 2 days, it is now taking 10 working days for the 2nd payout and the support keeps writing me the same thing. It can take up to 5 working days to process the payout, but now it's already 10 working days where nothing happens.
