Are you from Germany by any chance? If so, paying via bank account is an extremely bad choice as such casinos are illegal in Germany and the banks are obliged to file a report with the authorities if such payments are credited to your account

Some banks also block withdrawals from such providers, but this does not really explain why the other one has reached you
