Hello people

I had won about 800€ at Hyperino and wanted to pay it out. However, this did not work and I had to verify my data.
So I sent the documents ID, electricity bill and I was answered why on my ID card is a different address than I gave during registration and also on the electricity bill is not the address as on my ID card
I explained to them that I have 2 residences, one with me and one with my parents, and then I sent documents that also verified my address with my parents (as on the ID card).
Then I waited again for an answer and in the meantime a little further played and bi on 1300€ come.
At some point I get a mail that apparently my date of birth is wrong. Every number is correct except one (1990 instead of 1998) and that I should please explain. I did that and said that it must have been a mistake during registration, which makes sense because I registered there in January and I was already 21.
Since then they have no longer answered me and when I wanted to register at Hyperino was suddenly there that my account was blocked.

I don't get any answers and the Live Chat just pushes me away and tells me to be patient.
