The arbitration board at Wunderino is the EADR. ( https://eadr.org/de/kontakt/ ) Whereby it can easily take 8 weeks until you get an answer. Therefore, you should be able to show all information and documents immediately.
Nevertheless, I recommend you to contact Wunderino again and send them the relevant documents from the account. Maybe they also need the personal data of your life partner?
