hi,
i recently landed a big hit in the "zoome" online casino (won about 8000€ on 2€ bet)
after i finally managed to verify myself after about a month (had to upload 9 documents in total, which was very strange, at other sites of the same "DAMA. N.V group it was always 3-4), now my account was simply blocked.
i wanted to make a payout of 1000€, applied for it and when i wanted to see after about 3 days after the payout if it was already processed, i got a message while trying to login that my account was locked.
since yesterday I am now with the support in exchange, why my account with a credit of 8000€ was blocked.
i keep getting the same answer: "the system detected a second account and i am supposed to have violated the terms and conditions"
i DEFINITELY DO NOT have a second account on this site, because I know that something like this always leads to the exclusion of the player.
when i ask exactly which terms and conditions i have violated, i always get the ridiculous answer that this reason is "internal to the company" and therefore cannot be communicated to me.
there you can see that these casinos, as soon as it comes to larger payouts, are simply pure scam.
i ask you to leave the fingers of this casino, if you also want to pay out more than 100 €.
i would also be interested to know if anyone of you has had similar experiences with "zoome".
Oh my condolences, that is annoying. With Curacao casinos you are mostly unfortunately exposed to their arbitrariness. Good that you share your experience here.
Go to Guru, because they also have Curacaos. Good luck to you. If you really do not have a second account and have not violated any conditions, then you should get the money sooner or later.

i do not know where the problem lies.
i definitely don't have a secondary account, and suddenly it wasn't about that anymore.
it was mainly about the fact that i had violated "point 10 in the terms of conditions", although this section consists of about 20 different things that lead to a ban. even after asking several times, i was never told which point i had violated exactly, because that was "internal company data that you are not allowed to pass on."I was always accused of "suspicious bonus-actions, cheating, as well as violating the terms"... I don't even know how I should cheat or deceive... I was lucky enough to have placed a short bet on 2€ and after about 5 spins I had a 3750x hit...
unfortunately i don't think i have a chance to get the account or the money back, because in each of about 15 emails it was mentioned that the decision to block my account is final and cannot be reversed.
i thank you anyway and will report the whole thing to casino guru.

so I have now submitted a complaint to casino guru the day before yesterday.
this was also accepted, but since yesterday I can no longer access the casino guru site, because every time the code "403 forbidden" is displayed, which probably means that the operators have blocked my access to the site. why?

Guru is actually a very good portal and always pro-player.
So the Dama N.V. is actually a very good casino group.
Never had any problems there either 🤷♀️
Good luck

Well the http code 403 speaks for the fact that he no longer has permissions to display the page. Quite strange
