I deposited 10€ at their (F1 Casino) online via Cashtocode.

About F1 Casino transaction list is also viewable.
According to my F1 Casino account status in the transaction list, the 10€+250% stand as received (confirmed), but not credited, so not lost.

Have contacted bankettservice directly and it always comes an automatic software service, so no live chat.

As an answer I got halt that it can not be helped me at the moment but will be forwarded to the technical staff and I will be notified by email.On Thursday 12.08.21, ca.kurz vor 21Uhr the transaction took place and was also confirmed at the casino via my account in the transaction list. I waited until 21:56 and logged on to it.
