Hello everyone, I need your advice.

2 days ago with my first Deposit of 51€ after a few hours of playing I won an amount of 1130.06€ and made a withdrawal.

The withdrawal was reversed to my player account a short time later due to lack of verification. After I uploaded all documents everything was accepted except my ID. Since I first uploaded a scan, they wanted a photo of the ID. So they uploaded a photo, rejected it again and asked me to upload a new photo with a different background. This went on a few times until I was suddenly kicked out of my account and could no longer log in.

I wrote to the chat. This meant I am locked in a casino of their group. Strange, because I could play on their casinos without any problems and everything was ok until I won something. In addition, I found the following quote from this casino group from another case:

"According to the information provided to N1 Casino, you have independently installed in your account self-exclusion at Spinia Casino on June 2. In this case, the limit does not apply to other projects licensed by N1 Interactive. As soon as you have notified the casino of gambling problems (June 30), your account was blocked.

We would like to mention when a player puts a self-exclusion without any signs of gambling problems, a self-exclusion period sets up just for one project where it was initiated, not for all casinos under the same license."

I never mentioned any gambling problem, therefore I did not break any rules and I am entitled to the full amount of my win.
As I said, I played there for hours, if I had lost my money no one there would care.

I have already filed a complaint with Askgamblers, is there anything else I can do?
