Good evening,
I have a problem with the Casino Betchan at the moment.
A short description of my problem:
I registered at Betchan last week and everything went perfectly. I deposited 300 euros and ended up coming out at about 380 euros after the turnover requirements. Then I wanted to withdraw the money and suddenly my account was blocked. As a reason I was told that I had a self-exclusion at the partner casino (N1 if I'm not mistaken). I think it is not possible that I got no information about this when I registered with the same data and when I asked in Live Chat (assured me that I can withdraw the money) and now after the win of 80 euros my account and my withdrawal is denied. Now a refund of 300 euros (without win) is in the room, for which I am now also waiting again for 3 days and it is always referred to that I should be patient. I would be sooo infinitely grateful for help / mediation / tips. Even if it ends up being a warning against the casino here.
