Hello,

i have received a 40€ bonus. I have been trying to clear it for several hours with 2-2.50€ stakes. When I clicked on cash out to see how much I still have to play for free, I saw that the casino has converted part of it into real money and I apparently continued to play with it. I couldn't figure out their logic in the chat either. Does it mean that I have to gamble away my real money so that I can continue to use the bonus? I have never experienced this before. I would also be satisfied if they deleted the bonus and let me withdraw the real money. They said in the chat that I have to convert about 9000€ and I have only managed 130€.
