Hello dear community,
namely I have a problem with Casombie Casino and I do not know how to fix it.
On Monday 07/30/2021 I was asked to send my documents to Finance for Verification purposes. The
i have complied directly. After a long processing time I received a message today
" We want to ask You to stop using services that encrypt data, such as VPN or similar connections, please log in to Your gaming account using different connections and devices to confirm Your IP address."
I'm quite puzzled as I don't have VPN services installed on my phone or PC.
Can you help me with this? Unfortunately the support by mail takes several days to answer me and the answers are mostly not helpful at all.
