# Other Casinos #: [solved] Casiqo payout problems

Hello people,

i'm new here (but have been a silent reader). I like to play Live Casino, but I have problems getting the money to pay out on big wins.

Therefore, for me currently only N1Casinos come into question because I can activate the self-lock immediately after a win without being tempted.

So far I have had no problems with any N1Casino... until now. Have won well at CasiQo (deposited via Revolut & MiFinity).

Now I've been waiting for a payout for five days. Withdrawals directly to my Revolut were rejected because Lithuania (but funny that I can Deposit from there). I thought okay, just pay out via MiFinity (After all, I also deposited with it). Was also denied because I quote: " The withdrawal on MiFinity was also denied because you have to withdraw via Bank Transfer"

What do I do now? Withdrawal to my Sparkasse account is out of the question. Only Revolut or MiFinity remains and both are rejected by Casiqo. The matter is particularly questionable for me, because other N1Casinos have paid out without problems on MiFinity.

Someone has an idea? Vllt also someone can help me? Would be really great, because the sum is quite large and I really feel comfortable only when the money is gone from the casino account (despite self-lock).

Thanks already!

Is the casino aware that you have deposited with the same account (probably via the card) ?

Regardless of this, the casino here violates EU law.
The whole thing is called IBAN discrimination.
The casino must accept the IBAN even if your nationality and the country code of the Iban do not match.
Make the casino aware that you have also deposited through this account.
You can prove this with a bank statement.
If they still insist on paying out only to a German Iban, make them aware that they are breaking EU laws by Iban discrimination.

Here you can file a complaint about IBAN discrimination if the casino does not cooperate:
https://www.acceptmyiban.org

This website is also supported by Revolut.

Can you send an email to logan@casiqo.com, was once my personal manager there. Have said goodbye at the beginning of the month completely from all N1 Casinos, after I as a current VIP Gold Skrill customer suddenly only have problems there. One is only put off, one works on a solution and in the end the win is only booked back again in the hope one passes the desire and one gambles it away again, since I have no more desire on such a kindergarten, it was that then also for me there.

There are simply better providers who pay out even with a win of 7,500 € without complaint and directly within a few hours and do not require another 100 documents, as it is supposedly normal at N1.

Thank you very much for your answers guys.

Problem has now been solved. After I have again inquired in the chat, was then mentioned at some point that I have to pay out with the method with which I also deposited. They have probably "overlooked" that I have also made a Deposit via MiFinity. After I sent screenshot of the proof with the MiFinity deposit, the payout went now also via MiFinity.
