Attention at Bongo Casino:
The Deposit limit offered does not work.
I set my limit on 29.01.2022 to 200€ for 30 days, when this limit was exhausted, I simply increased the limit a few hours later (also on 29.01.2022) and was able to deposit another 600€
Much more, I was able to raise and lower and raise my limit again several times in a row, I recorded this extra by video,because the support didn't want to understand my problem.
They took 40(!) days for an answer, only to say that you can set a limit but change it again at any time. This has absolutely nothing to do with the advertised Responsible gaming tools, especially since their own terms and conditions state that a set limit can be changed after 24 hours at the earliest. A decrease of the limit is possible at any time, an increase at the earliest after 24 hours. What is a deposit limit for if it does not work? I find this an absolute cheek!!!
