Hi folks,
i am having major problems with BWIN. Before I write them down here, a question:
Is there still an option here, like there used to be, to contact a mod if you have a serious problem with a listed casino?
Who is the best person to contact?
Because I'm not getting anywhere here. I've been playing in Online Casinos since 2010, so for over 14 years, and I've NEVER experienced anything like this.
Since the beginning of December, almost 2 months ago, I have not been able to log into my bwin account and access my account. I have emailed the support team very often to inform them of this. They only sent standardized e-mails saying they were working on the problem. A "technician" was still working on solving the problem. I have never experienced anything like this before.
BWIN Germany had countless screenshots of the problem. Also a video. After logging in, I was redirected to the website: https://www.bwin.de/de/mobileportal/centrallimits. No matter what I selected there, only the message appeared:
"A technical error has occurred. If the error persists, please try again or contact our customer service."
I have done this (contact customer service) countless times, as explained. Without being helped in any way.
In the meantime, I received two e-mails from BWIN stating that I had been cheated while playing Poker and had received a refund to my account. As I was unable to log in, I asked for the balance to be paid out to my IBAN (which has been used dozens of times for deposits and withdrawals). This was refused in the worst possible way by Level 1 support.
The problem was only solved thanks to Julian. He contacted a manager at BWIN who took care of the matter. As a result, I was paid a total of almost €100, which was refunded to me because I was cheated while playing poker. (Who knows how much the loss actually is).
And yesterday I got the email that they couldn't solve the problem and I should therefore create a new account, which I have already done.
It's important for me to let anyone who happens to read this thread know that Julian's help was really great, for which I thanked him several times via PM. It's great that gamblejoe is so committed to helping players.
I am more than disappointed with BWIN, a multi-million company.
Firstly, without the contact to gamblejoe, the story would never have been resolved.
Secondly, at least an apology by email would have been the least they could have done. I wrote dozens of emails and always got nonsense in reply.
The new account works, I deposited a 10 to test it and lost.

Why didn't you use this incident, including the frustrating consequences and the realization that you are so disappointed with bwin, to leave it at that and - if you want to play in the future - look for another Provider? Instead, setting up a new account and depositing again would not have occurred to me at least.

Since I can play Heads Up Cashgame at bwin/partypoker alone without a completely absurd rake as a German, I'm better off there than at pokerstars and I also like the software better.
