I registered there at the end of December and made a win of 200.
Wanted to have it paid out. They asked for proof of bank account from 30.12 quasi on the day the account was opened.
Today I received my bank statement and of course uploaded it.
Now there is another cancellation, suddenly they want proof from today where I deposited.
The problem with my bank (Targobank) is that a statement is only sent at the end of the month with my name, IBAN etc. on it.
If I go to my normal online banking, I can only see the individual payment with details of where the money went and neither my name nor my IBAN etc.
And I know from other casinos in the group that a payment that has been listed must be available in detail as a statement.
