Good day folks,

i won 28.000€ at 5Gringos.
8K was already paid to me, then I had to verify step by step,
all documents were accepted. Now my account was closed and I still have 20K open,
Reason of the support is, this is the decision of the admin.

How can I get my money now.

They have now transferred my 100€ Deposit back and demand the 8000€ already paid out back.

I really do not know what to do...

Thank you!

Just had a look at the site. I would take the 8k, write off the rest & write to them that they can lick my a***h...

Sad but hopeless

It is a Curacao casino, so it does not have a MGA license. You probably won't get an answer from the licensors.
None of the admins can help you here. I would first ask them the reason for the account closure. Sounds somehow like arbitrariness. I would not transfer the 8k back. Even if they should threaten you with legal action, please keep in mind that they won't get far. They are in the same predicament as you. Legally, neither party can take anything from the other (neither you nor the casino), so you have nothing to fear.

It is definitely arbitrariness. I do not know what I have violated.

I have asked for a reason - I am curious.

This is a very frustrating situation

Write to them if they transfer you 28k from now on, then you transfer them 8k back afterwards^^

Imagine even if you have violated something, you would pay back the 8k xD Iwo is then also time to stop being a do-gooder^^

Am curious about the reason for each.

It is definitely arbitrary. I don't see where I would be in violation.

I once asked for a reason - I'm curious.

There can be many reasons. Bonus violation, second account, Deposit from third account etc. Normally they would have to give the reason in the first mail and not just say that the admins made this decision

The problem is that you have no legal recourse, just like the casino. You are stuck with 12k while they are stuck with 8k. There is an authority in Curacao, but they won't help you 99% of the time. It's more of a "sham" authority. I know 5Gringos too, but have never played there as I stay away from Curacao casinos in general. Did you sign up with an Affiliate code? This is a code that streamers etc. have. If you had such a code, then you could contact the affiliate, otherwise you have really bad cards.

Can understand your frustration, but at least you got 8k. Also find funny that they paid you 8k without Verification . Normally I know it so that most casinos already want to verify everything with the first withdrawal.

I would avoid in your place, if they do not pay out the 12k, the casinos of "Rabidi N. V." (7signs, sportaza, etc.) forever, because the payouts would then have a reason not to have to pay out your balance (demand of 8k)
