I have long thought about whether I create a complaint at all and even hoped I do not have to because I was always of the opinion it will be clarified already
Now, however, I have considerable doubts about the business practices of this company and will now make my problems public because my patience is more than exhausted
I am now already from about 10.01.2021 until today customer at the casino and was always very satisfied because withdrawals were very fast and there were no other problems until the one day when I was asked to explain the origin of my assets
There I have then submitted documents and when nothing has happened also Julian and Caro informed me with the really always helped very well
We then took over a month with combined forces to complete the withdrawal and Verification because it was also unfortunately again and again to technical problems which has affected the e-mail dispatch and also the documents were sometimes wrong so it was partly my fault but also the fault of the casino
Therefore, and really only for this reason, I said ok I play if I may continue there and this was confirmed to me in the chat with a reference to a few days waiting time because the department must first release my restricted account so that I can Deposit again
(Remember please I could not deposit and the department that regulates all this must unlock my account so I can play)
When then a few days later deposits have suddenly been possible I deposited again there and played just what in the sum to date 95 € have been in the hope to pay out something to test the whole thing whether now everything runs as it should
When I then two days ago with a 20 € deposit 100 € win were granted I paid out 50 € and now the fun begins again
After a day I asked in the chat if everything is ok because I was used to the payouts of over 1k after max 1-2 hours have been done and I was told yes all good just need longer to process what I have then accepted
When then but today again nothing was paid out I asked again if everything is sure ok because two days for 50 € is just unusual and then I was suddenly told in the chat yes my verification should be completed soon and I would get my money then !!!!
So I'm suddenly stuck again in the same verification that was already completed although my account was released by a human to play !!!!
I have the feeling that one has no idea what the other is doing or says they would have told me right away your account is not ready it would have been ok but to tell me multiple times your account is open it is not locked you can play the department checks that and if you are allowed to play they unlock it and then suddenly stall me again like that is rude
I still wonder how such a top casino could become such a problematic store I hope very much they get that slowly times on the row would be a real pity otherwise

First, thank you for the still quite fast solution as a small Tip from my side talk to the customer there are many who want like me just a good casino that is reliable and that was always the case with you if there should be problems but it does not matter but then just talk about it and is good
