Hello,

i made a Deposit of 200€ and received a bonus of 200€. I was really damn lucky and fulfilled all the Wagering requirements and finally had a balance of 4.501€. I then requested a withdrawal of 4.501€. The withdrawal was rejected:
"This is to inform you that your currently pending withdrawal has been rejected.

As mentioned in our Bonus terms and conditions, wagers placed on any game that utilizes the betting system do not count towards the wagering requirements.

We reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of a player's initial deposit if the player has placed wagers of no more than €4 or €0.50 per line or 15 percent of the bonus amount before the wagering requirements for that particular bonus have been met."

Unfortunately, the money was not credited back to my player account, instead mr.play took €4,301 and credited me with my original deposit of €200!

Have you broken any of these rules?

And,did you play with too high stakes?
Some more info would be nice

Yes have played with very high stakes, consequently, I was denied the payout! Only I find it an absolute impudence to take away my honest and especially happy win instead of crediting it back to my account

What do you get out of it if they credit the money back to you?

You can't have it paid out after all.

Cheekiness or not .
You have violated the bonus conditions (max bet). Not only this casino but also all others would have refused you a payout.

In this forum, it is more than often enough pointed out that when claiming a bonus always the bonus conditions are to be read and adhered to.

Taking a bonus always means heavy losses. Either countless slots may not be played, there are as good as always Max Bet or the wager is so absurdly high that it is hardly possible to implement this.

Yes, if it had been credited to my account, I would rather have burned it than let mr.play get rich off my luck. They also don't answer emails and I'm systematically kicked out of the chat as soon as a customer service representative gets in touch!
I have done the impossible and converted over 12,000 € and then such a crap, is just very annoying

Annoying it is true

But they have not enriched you have received your Deposit back

Should you claim no matter at which casino a bonus take the time and read through the bonus conditions and Agbs!

Saves a lot of trouble and frustration when as in your example a high amount is not paid out

You are right...you have enriched yourself anyway, because mr.play has credited 4.301€ of 4.501€!

Does this max bet actually apply to the entire conversion or only the last money converted?

Applies to the entire conversion until the bonus is completely converted according to the conditions (Wager). After that you can play as you like
