Hello all,
i have been playing on MrGreen for almost a year, also verified my account last year and made deposits and withdrawals of several thousand € over the course of several months (had no problems).
Since the change to the slow 1€ spins I stopped playing for several months. Then yesterday out of boredom deposited 100€ and won 1300€
Now I requested the payout as usual - but today I get an email from support that I have to verify my account (why? I already did that successfully last year). So I thought, well, you just quickly upload the documents into my account again.
But now the catch - I can no longer log into my customer account (my account is locked). I can't reply to the email from support either, because it's the no-reply@mrgreen address. I can't use the LiveChat as a non logged in user either.
The help portal lists the id@mrgreen.de address for Verification issues, so I sent my documents there, BUT the email address does not seem to work, I always get an error message that my email could not be delivered (<id@mrgreen.de>... </id@mrgreen.de>User unknown).

By the way, you can also use the Live Chat without logging in. To do this, open the "Helpcenter", click on any problem and then there should be a button with "Help?" at the bottom right, click on it and the chat opens.

first of all thank you very much for your quick answer. I will try to send it to id@mrgreen.com. Is webcare@mrgreen.com the support address? I would write a normal email first, I don't want to send my documents to everyone
Regarding LiveChat, for me the chat opens but only the bot answers me - I don't have the possibility to select LiveChat like before.
