Megarush: Megarush refuses to pay out despite verification

Hello,

I wanted to withdraw a total of 5400€ at megarush. After I was asked to verify myself according to KYC, I did it immediately. All documents were accepted and I was sent an email where the Verification was confirmed and I was told that no more documents would be needed

Shortly thereafter, a support employee sent me an e-mail saying that they still needed proof of income for the last 30 days(!!) and that they would otherwise block my account. Unfortunately, I don't have online banking and therefore have to photograph and upload physical account statements. In my opinion, this is pure harassment and stalling tactics

Does anyone here have contact with Megarush staff and can help me with this?

I was threatened in another email that my deposits and wins may be withheld if I do not submit this document (30 day account statement)

Hi, so a proof of income for the last 30 days sounds more like a pay stub from last month
Merry Christmas and congratulations on the win!

Have a great Christmas and congrats on the win!

Proof of income and pay stub is where not the same for you ? Income and salary is the same thing to me. If it had said proof of assets, then it wouldn't be the same.

May I ask how much you have deposited because they are asking you for it and in what period?
