Hello!

Yesterday I registered at MagicRed and made a Deposit of 1000 EUR.
On the amount I unintentionally received a bonus of 200 EUR, which was valid for "Casino" and not "Live Casino".
I contacted support via chat and asked for cancellation of the bonus that I did not want to have it while playing in Live Casino.

The bonus was easily removed by chat support after a few minutes. The amount deducted from the account. Consequently, only real money was displayed.

With my other 2 deposits (1000 EUR each, thus 3000 EUR in total) I also unintentionally received the bonus, which I also had removed by chat support. Here, too, the amounts were deducted.

About 1 hour later, my balance has developed very positively: 30,000 EUR.

I wanted to write to the payout and there I still converted my membership points into money (23 EUR).
I wanted to pay out the 30,023 EUR now, but the system told me that this was not possible, because a bonus was active.

I learned at this point that the membership points are not converted to real money, as I was used to, but to bonus credits.
Consequently, I also wanted to waive this bonus or arrange the payout without the bonus amount.

But now the problem According to two people in chat support, this is not possible! It is absolutely necessary to play again.
One is actively forced to continue playing here

Unfortunately, it so happened that it went a little further (that's the calculation - sigh) and only 14,000 EUR were left.
The bonus turnover requirements for the 23 EUR were always reached.

I then arranged the payout of the 14,000 EUR.

Today the message that this is all wrong, it would have been played with bonus money. 13.000 EUR deducted from the account.
1000.10 EUR left on the account.

Only this amount could be paid out. The 13,000 EUR one leads to a "forfeiture".

When asked in the chat, it is claimed that a bonus is still active. All Bonuses in the account are visibly cancelled or fulfilled (the 805 EUR for the 23 EUR).

For me highly unseriös, not even remotely comprehensible and FRAUD! I have now written an email to care@magicred.com.

Such an incident has never happened to me - in any of the casinos where I am registered!

What do you think about this? I will probably have to involve the Malta Gambling Authority in this matter.

Thanks!

The only question then is how to do this most cleverly step by step.

1. care@magicred.com is written.
2. Gambling Authority is the next step
3. Lawyer with knowledge in the field

Any other suggestions?

Thank you + greetings!

I may add one more thing:

Even the cancelled Bonuses had turnover requirements of just under 100,000 EUR. However, according to yesterday's ads, about 200,000 EUR were wagered at the casino.

Consequently, these conditions would also all be fulfilled!

Until the full amount iHv at least 14,000 EUR is paid out, I stand by my statement that this is BETRUG.

If this is true, then Gamblejoe must urgently warn against the casino with registration in the blacklist.

They are extremely slow to pay out (really slow), do not pay attention to Player protection and when on top of your bonus scary story comes on it...

Write best jmd. from the Gamblejoe team directly via Communicator. Generally do not wait too long with the steps, except with the lawyer there you would have to look very long (legal situation in DE is not positive for you)

MagicRed is a NoGo for me. I signed up some time ago to get a NoDeposit Bonus to test the casino first. The bonus was not credited to me. The chat told me that I had bad luck .

I hope that everything will still be fine with you.

"Caro" from GambleJoe contacted me and kindly forwarded the incident to the casino already (thanks!).
The manager there has probably forwarded it to Customer Support.

Let's see what happens now.

The credited again 1000 EUR I had brought today again for payment.
Now I received an email again that this had been rejected.

It seems to me that they do not want to know anything about a payout.
