So I'm just a little desperate. Have played at MagicRed and made from 10 € with bonus about 600 euros. Maximum I played of course only with 4€ per spin and tried to pay out the money on 25.5. Today I continued to play with the money and made it about 1700 € and paid out immediately. Was then a bit surprised that I got no confirmation of the withdrawal and then I clicked times on "personal data" and did not believe my eyes. My email address with which I registered was changed to a completely unknown to me? I then contacted support and was told that they do not know what this is about the email address and my account is routinely checked. Could it be that the casino did it on purpose so I wouldn't get confirmation of the withdrawal? Have documented everything with screenshots and even have another screenshot with my correct email address. When I read here how much bad criticism the casino gets, I'm already afraid for my money!
