Requested documents I have uploaded all.

According to MagicRed, the withdrawal has been approved on 03.04.20 via Trustly and also paid out. (Trustly transfer is normal via real time, right?)

Unfortunately, I still nix arrived, according to live chat. Has it definitely been transferred and they will forward it to the "finance team".
