Moin Moin, I'm here because my best buddy does not know what to do
He has tried the weekend LVBet bonus and with 50 € now get a total profit of 2.3k. He wanted to withdraw the money to my account (Which is not possible in normal cases). The was also so far no problem, the support then wanted to have my ID and a bank statement from me, so that there is no fraud

As you can read in the Terms & Conditions in the following paragraphs § 6, 6.a.i, 17.g and 11.d , withdrawals can only be made to the person who opened the account. According to the casino manager, the customer support immediately pointed this out to you.
