i play since Sep. now at LordLucky and could also make some withdrawals and now all of a sudden with a 2100€ withdrawal they make problems.... allegedly is on my bank statement I have sent at the end of Sep. not my IBAN on it!? That's true, but there is only the account number and BLZ on it. This is normal for my bank and before I could pay out without any problems. Interesting is also that I 2 days later again a win (400 €) have achieved and the landed without further on my account. but the 2.1k before are still in the queue, because they need a document where my IBAN is on it.... I have now sent from my online banking account a statement there is my IBAN on it, but again not my address.... the whole thing is now 5 days ago and so far still nothing came. Just embarrassing
