Hello all,
i am new here and hope you can help me. I have been playing at LocoWin for a long time. So far there have never been any problems with payouts. Not even with higher amounts. After I wanted to withdraw 200 euros at the end of January, a Verification was requested
I have also uploaded the requested documents on 04.02.22 via the links from the mail. On my request on 10.02.22, I was told by the support that the documents are missing and I should send them again in an email to the support so that they can be forwarded to the verification department, which I did on 10.02.22
Now I got on 13.02.22 two Approved Mails about payment method and address proof and a Requestet Mail about the Identification Verification whereupon I uploaded on 14.02.22 my driver's license about the link in the mail
So now I have transferred 2x my ID to Locowin and 1x my driver's license. Strangely I find that I have sent all documents both via the link, as well as by mail together and strangely the ID proof never arrives. The original 200 euro payout I have canceled and continue to play. On 10.02. I requested a payout of 1100 euros, for which I am now waiting 5 days again because of the dawdled and protracted verification. I have the feeling that the verification is artificially protracted so that one cancels the withdrawal and continues to play.
