Hello,
I have played in Locowin Casino deposited more than 4500 € and lost.
After that I have win and I have apply for payout of 2500 euro and 704 euro, I have sent all my docmente, I have not received any email, or money until today, Since 27.09.2021 .
I have already written at least 3 times with the support and they only say that they have sent my request to the financial department.
I have never experienced this before, could you help me somehow ؟

I have the same problem with another casino in this group.
Earlier in the chat I was told that a withdrawal will be processed within 24 hours.
When I said that I was waiting almost 48 hours for the processing, they wrote the same text again, but this time with 48 hours.
When I ask tomorrow in the chat, the same pre-written texts come again.

I have requested three withdrawals on 13.10, which are still being processed.
Have not received an email regarding Verification, have then sent by itself after nothing happened on 15.10 an email with all my stuff to Locowin.
On 16.10 I received an email that the things were forwarded to the verification department.
Understand absolutely not why the casino with fast & uncomplicated payouts advertises.
For me, this is anything but fast.
Am curious whether with me until tomorrow evening there what happened.
