Hello,
I sent my documents to the casino on 10/29/22, since then I unfortunately hear nothing except standard statements like it takes up to 48 hours for the documents to be reviewed. Of course I have requested a withdrawal of 3100€. My limits I have all set, so the money is not gambled away in any case
But that they take so long to check the documents is really awesome
I have an open complaint about this with Askgamblers but apparently they don't cooperate there anymore. What are your experiences ? What can I do to make them finally react?

Yes, so I have so in this form also not yet experienced. Now I have received an email yesterday that I am finally verified after 1 week. Thereupon I have asked to finally process my withdrawal and promptly I am no longer fully verified, they have probably forgotten to request a payment method this they have now done. I am pretty sure that this is done on purpose. Have not even deposited since my withdrawal request. Now the game is certainly starting all over again and they are taking their time again to verify this document. So for the future I let the fingers of this group
