Dear Gamblejoe`s,
i have been reading this site for a very long time and was able to collect over the years with many casinos. Due to the difficult situation with the casinos in DE (RTPs, MaxBet etc) I have unfortunately had to look for casinos that accept higher bets and have a passable RTP
I have now played for a while without any problems at some Gammix casinos, various payouts are through. Since the 25.3.22, however, have arisen at two casinos big problems

- I have had several chats with customer service and their statements contradict each other. Apart from that, the waiting time in the chat is absurd.
After I asked again today and was answered again with "the department has a lot to do", I suspect an attempted fraud on the player.
But now there is a second complaint in the same group. The procedure is the same, also here I have sent my verification documents long ago. Of course, also only possible through my own initiative. I could also only get feedback on the verification by asking the chat myself.

Hi, I have a similar situation with Nordslot ( Gammix) . I am stalled, documents are rejected and I wait in vain for a new link to upload the documents. Payout is open for me since 29.03. On 31.03. I received an email that my account is verified a few days later I was then told in Live Chat that it is not verified

Have you been confirmed that your proof of funds is sufficient ? Since it is most likely because the payout hangs two weeks that would also explain why at every other casino in the group the same thing happens ?
