Soooooo, have now looked at Lapalingo my document status, they have everything on Pending??? Why??

Documents from 2017 are all rejected! The new documents all on Pending?? I really do not understand this casino anymore!

How long is a payout actually allowed to remain pending? Are there any guidelines or is that provided with a time limit?
