Hello all,

i have been a silent follower of gamblejoe for years and that since the beginning.

this morning I have once again, as very often in recent years, played at Lapalingo and wanted to pay me in the end 2000€.
I took advantage of the current 100€ bonus and started with 100€+100€.

towards the end of the session I switched to a new endorphina slot -lucky streak- and was very confused, because there you can not display real money but only the coin value.
i made one spin on the coin value "200", where after this ONE SPIN i then noticed that it seems to be 20€ bet.
in this spin i won NOTHING and immediately lowered the bet to "40" (4€).

after a few spins on the bet of 4€ the bonus amount was then converted and I switched again to book of dead and then increased the bet to 10€ and played a little further.

i wanted to withdraw my amount over 2000€ and got the error message "you do not have enough funds". after several attempts I then noticed that I have to press the button "convert bonus amount to real money now" again, although I have already done this after converting the bonus. I clicked up there and was able to withdraw.

this afternoon came a mail: all wins canceled, because MULTIPLE violate bonus conditions!
the Live Chat does not help, to my mail I have not yet received a response.

i have made ONE spin above the maxbet and that without intention, because it was not visible on which bet I spin and this spin was a Deadspin!

i don't know what to do now. something like this has never happened to me in all the years in a single casno. on the contrary: at stake7 i once accidentally made many spins over maxbet and it was very accommodating nevertheless everything was paid out!

can anyone help me? i have lost a lot of money because of a bad streak and this win was a (small) "compensation" and i am very sad that they cancelled my whole win because of one spin!

desperate greetings....

You can't do anything but never play at such bad casinos again. Who plays there supports such methods yes.

I would now almost go so far and say: "Never play at casinos, which show advertising on German TV..." (pure casinos mind you)
Whether Lapalingo, Wunderino or Drück Glück, is but all dirt...
Unfortunately, this will not help you I know, but here can certainly write something more meaningful to it^^

Yes unfortunately they are only waiting for such a mistake
And isn't the Deposit bonus max cap?

that is sad to hear. i had always thought Lapalingo was a reputable casino. but to cancel my entire win because of one spin through maxbet, even though i have been playing there for years, is beyond my comprehension.
should they stick with it, i will never make a Deposit there again and get blocked directly. kind of strange that they want to lose me as a long time customer and then still in this way.

Lapalingo is actually also,,,reputable,,. But as soon as you accept the bonus, you have already lost in principle. Unless you are familiar with the machinations of the casinos and know exactly what you are doing.

Lapalingo is not reputable, otherwise they would revise the bonus conditions or make it clearer.

in my eyes, this is just a scam and a rip-off
by the way, i played with two windows open. one to see how far the wager is, the other to play.
after the bonus was converted, i pressed "convert bonus to real money" in the first window. but that was not registered, because i still had a second window open!

now the Streamer ct24 told me it will probably be because I have "many times" violated the bonus because I have not pressed "convert bonus into real money" or it was registered because of two windows. so although the bonus was umgesezt, it was not for lapalingos dream world because I have not pressed this button or the site has not checked it because of two windows!

this is really cheating for me. i was scrupulous about doing everything right and i played for hours

and that you then also have to press a button MULTIPLE times to implement the bonus only then completely, is in my eyes just a trap...of many.

@fros7byte:

now the Streamer told me ct24

You are already clear that the Calvin from CT24 Lapalingo promoted? You do not think seriously that He in his position during a livestream the casino "beschiss and rip off" ascribes, after all, he wants to win but customers for the casino. Just that you can convert the bonus into real money by pressing a button disqualifies this casino (in my opinion) in addition to various other criticisms

Honestly, I do not understand the attitude of the casinos, because one vierliert a customer at the one (probably) would have earned a multiple.

This is a contradiction in itself. Such a thing has nothing to do with seriousness.
I am there by the way Askgamblers angry that they promote Lapalingo so. In general, I get more and more the impression that Askgamblers is in cahoots with some casinos.

Lapalingo is just lousy and deliberately tricks the players
