Hello,

i have been playing on Lapalingo for a while now and after a 150.00 EUR credit card Deposit on 06.11.2018, I wanted to have 750.00 EUR paid out to my verified bank account on 09.11.2018. Bonus I have not claimed any. A day later came an email that a deposit was made from an "unknown" credit card and this must be proven. I did this on I think 11.11.2018 (card is black and difficult to scan legibly).

The uploaded document was then in the document overview for review for a few days and has now completely disappeared. Not even a rejected or an email!
