Good evening everyone,
i have been trying to verify my account with Kakadu Casino for a week without success.
They want a photo from me, on which they recognize my Skrill account and my email address. However, I do not have a Skrill account and accordingly have not deposited anything with it.
I made my deposits with Rapidtransfer, which belongs to Skrill. Support just doesn't get it, or doesn't want to get it, what's going on.
Accordingly, my withdrawal is rejected forever. Now it's to the point where I can't even get into the chat because there's no button for it.
Just vergangenee days I nmich verified without any problems in Berry Casino. With exactly the same Deposit options via Rapid Transfer. There were no problems there.
