Hi, I requested a payout on 02.07.2024 in the amount of 567.00 euros. I have actually deposited over several 1000.00 euros, never won. Now I wanted to have the money paid out on 02.07.2024 via bank transfer, nothing has arrived yet. I'm very patient when it comes to this, but at every other casino the payout was made within 24 hours or even on the same day. The support team seems rather annoyed when you ask questions and only puts you off with "they can't help it or the casino can't influence it". A bank transfer, if it is not an express transfer, takes 1-2 working days once it has been processed. If the payment order was placed after 16:00, this no longer counts as a working day.
