Hello out there.

I have a problem at GUTS Casino... requested a withdrawal of 3580€ there. Only my Verification does not work... bank card and ID was accepted. Only my proof of address unfortunately not.
i have no cell phone bill, because company cell phone. I don't have a gas or electric bill since I live with my parents...
Instead I sent my last pay stubs, income tax return, legal expenses Insurance bill, passport, and general bills. (These documents have always sufficed at other casinos and I would be verified immediately)
It is not approved at GUTS and then every time I have to wait 24-48 std... what am I supposed to do ?? The support tells me to submit a car insurance or bill from the cell phone contract...

where is the difference between legal protection insurance (if it is in your name) and car insurance? the proof of address is only about proving the address, isn't it?

Order the Free Sim card from O2. The comes in 2-3 days with a letter from O2.
